UBEDA(JAEN)

Ubeda is my town. In the I was born October 28 -1954..
(county of Jaen) .It has a special affection, together with my adoption city (Tarragona).
In the, he/she is a very important part, of the architecture, of the Spanish rebirth.

BRIEF HISTORY

Ubeda, municipality of Jaen, and of the autonomous community of Andalusia. On her, the river guadalquivir that he/she waters vines and olive groves, main base happens of their economy. Conquered later on by the Muslims, and reconquitada by FernandoIII in 1234.

Their houses but substitutes are the savior's chapel, where Andrés worked of Vandelvira and Diego of Siloé. It has an altarpiece of Berruguete. It also highlights the church of Santa María of the Real Fortresses, the palace of the chains and numerous palaces but and Renaissance houses.
